At All Star IT our goal is to make your I.T simple. Changing IT providers can be quite a stressful time so All Star IT takes care of the whole transition and leaves you to focus on running your business.
- We will speak directly to your previous IT company and get all the relevant information from them.
- When we start looking after any business we do a minimum standards check:
- All Workstations fully patched and up to date
- All Workstations have antivirus installed and updated
- All Hardware meet a specific criteria – Any PC’s with low memory or Windows XP ect
- The Server Room is tidy and labeled
- Document all IT equipment and software – Ensure we have passwords documented and take photos so helpdesk staff can physically see your server room setup.
- Complete a hardware audit of all workstations and include serial numbers for warranty.
- Document your internet settings, website and hosting settings.
- Ensure a backup is in place and working correctly
- Once previous IT company has left we ensure all passwords are changed.
