At All Star IT our goal is to make your I.T simple. Changing IT providers can be quite a stressful time so All Star IT takes care of the whole transition and leaves you to focus on running your business.

  • We will speak directly to your previous IT company and get all the relevant information from them.
  • When we start looking after any business we do a minimum standards check:
    • All Workstations fully patched and up to date
    • All Workstations have antivirus installed and updated
    • All Hardware meet a specific criteria – Any PC’s with low memory or Windows XP ect
    • The Server Room is tidy and labeled
    • Document all IT equipment and software – Ensure we have passwords documented and take photos so helpdesk staff can physically see your server room setup.
    • Complete a hardware audit of all workstations and include serial numbers for warranty.
    • Document your internet settings, website and hosting settings.
    • Ensure a backup is in place and working correctly
  • Once previous IT company has left we ensure all passwords are changed.
